Booklet Instructions
Every booklet page is stored as a searchable .pdf file. You must have AdobeĀ® ReaderĀ® installed on your computer in order to view them.
Each page comes in pairs: front and back. You will notice that they are labled "Page 1 front" and "Page 1 back." You must match them and print them out accordingly. "Page 1 back" will be printed on the the reverse side of "Page 1 front." It would be a good idea to test your printer do see how it pulls the paper from the feeder and see whether it turns the paper upside down so you will know how to load each page for the second run (printing on the reverse side of one page that had already been printed on one side). The top edge must be the same for both sides of the paper.
Use the dash (-) when cutting the top from the bottom, making two exact size half pages. Don't fold the booklet until all the pages are stapled together.
Below you will see an example of how to sequence the pages before stapling.
After the pages are in the correct order, straighten them evenly and prepare to staple. You will need a stapler with a long enough arm to reach the exact middle of the page, about four and a quarter inches. After placing two staples about an inch and a half apart, you can then fold the booklet.
